PURE VISION BLD

Pure Vision is the rechargeable, remotely managed control unit for the Vision™ system. Powered by solar energy or water via Luce Vision and Turbina Vision, it reduces maintenance costs and harmful waste. Programmable via the Vision app from a smartphone, PC, or tablet, it offers standard or advanced management. With Rain Long Distance technology (up to 1500 m) and a 3200 mAh battery, it guarantees autonomy and complete integration into the Rainvision system.

EASY mode

The EASY programming mode is designed for the management of balconies and small gardens, and can be approached by everyone. Programming allows irrigation to be managed with two programmes and one start time per programme, the watering frequency can be set from once every 6 hours per programme (a total of 8 times per day) to a minimum of once every 15 days.

PRO Mode

The PRO programming mode is designed for more technical applications such as seeding and rolling lawns. The high number of starts (6 starts per programme) allows the irrigation installer and maintainer to manage large systems with ease.

ONE-BY-ONE mode

The ONE-BY-ONE programming mode allows for totally elastic irrigation scheduling, designed to manage each individual solenoid valve independently. This programming mode allows you to enter the start time and watering frequency for each individual solenoid valve.

Internet Access

The controller is Internet-ready via the Nuvola Vision hubs. The controller will connect via Bluetooth to the Nuvola device, and the irrigation system will be accessible and manageable via Wi- Fi or cellular network.

Recharge

The rechargeable lithium battery included in the control units can be kept charged by the Vision Turbina, Luce, and Docking Station devices. By integrating one of these charging tools, the irrigation system becomes energy independent and it will no longer be necessary to replace the batteries.

BLE

It stands for Bluetooth Low Energy. It is a version of the Bluetooth protocol designed to consume much less energy than classic Bluetooth, while still maintaining good short-range wireless communication capability. This is the current Bluetooth 5.0 inter-device connection technology.

BLD

Bluetooth Long Distance is a communication mode introduced with Bluetooth 5.0 that allows the range of the Bluetooth signal to be significantly extended, up to hundreds of meters under ideal conditions.

RELÉ 9VDC	200.1300000	Pump control allows you to control the switching on of a pump via Pure Vision Controllers. Once the pump control is connected to the Controller, simply convert the first zone of the Controller via the app in the "pump control" section from a zone to a pump control. From this point on, the first zone will behave as a PUMP output.

BLUETOOTH

What's the max. distance I am able to pair Vision devices via Bluetooth?

A fixed maximum distance cannot be determined because the Bluetooth signal is affected by obstacles between the smartphone and the Vision device, such as walls, hedges, trees, moisture, etc. Under standard conditions, the average verified distance is about 15 m; this is purely indicative and subject to many external factors. For proper communication, the smartphone must be equipped with Bluetooth 5.0.

How many smartphones can be simultaneously connected via Bluetooth to a Vision device?

Only one device (smartphone or tablet) can be connected to the control unit, as the Bluetooth communication that takes place between the two devices is point-to-point.

Is it compatible with older smartphones?

The Vision System is compatible between the Operating System and Bluetooth, or between the Bluetooth of the old smartphone and the Bluetooth of the new one. We recommend using a device (smartphone or tablet) with Bluetooth 5.0.

I have entered the Bluetooth password but I can't pair the device.

Check: the controller has been paired with another account, if there is signal connection between smartphone/tablet and controller (about 15-20m). If the problem persists: cancel the Bluetooth data, disconnect the battery from the controller for a few seconds and reinsert it. If, after cancelling the Bluetooth data and disconnecting the battery, the problem persists, turn the Smartphone/Tablet off and on, and try again.

I can't remember the password I set to associate the device. How can I solve this?

Pairing is done by scanning the QR code on the back of each device. If the login password you wish to change is no longer the default one (000000 - 6 zeros) because you had already changed it, you will need to reset. Once you scan the QR code, the forgotten password will be deleted and you will be able to pair the device again by entering the default password 000000. After that it, you can set a password of your choice again.

VISION APP

If I lose the data connection when I click save and send, what happens? Will I have to repeat the programming?

Yes, a necessary condition for saving successfully is the data connection. If the data connection fails, the application and the whole system will not be updated.

What is the difference between PAUSE and OFF?

OFF: control unit turned off. The irrigation season has ended. PAUSE: to suspend the operation of the control unit for a few days. After the Pause days have passed, the control unit will resume the programming that was entered.

I see the umbrella icon and the active zone icon. What does that mean?

It means that the area being irrigated does not have the rain sensor active, while the others do. So the umbrella icon (rain sensor icon) appears for those areas that have it active, while it does not for the area that is irrigating.

I can't find devices to pair.

Try: updating the app, clearing the Bluetooth settings, disconnecting the battery from the control unit for a few seconds, clearing the caches from the smartphone. If the anomaly persists, turn the smartphone off and on again and access the app again.

I accidentally deleted the controller paired with Nuvola. How can I pair it again?

Go to the Nuvola Vision screen and search for devices. Nuvola will be able to find the control unit with which it was previously associated.

The Vision App is not responding, what could be the problem?

Sometimes smartphones have minor problems that can be due to: several background apps; the conditions of the device itself; processor overload, and more. In severe cases, turning off and restarting the smartphone may help.

If I delete the App with the devices I have associated, will they remain saved in the Account? So if I reinstall the App, will I still find the devices saved in my Account?

Yes, if you uninstall the App with the devices associated with this Account and then install it again, you will still see the devices associated with the Account.

INTERNET CONNECTION

Can the controllers of the Vision System be connected to the Internet for remote management?

Yes, all controllers in the Vision range can be connected to the Internet for remote management via Nuvola Vision devices.

I need to pair a control unit with the Nuvola, but it takes a long time to find the devices to pair.

The time it takes for the Nuvola to find the devices it can be paired with, depends on pollution or the presence of other wireless devices in the area. Normally, under optimal conditions, the Nuvola takes 10 seconds to find the devices.

How many accounts can I pair with one Nuvola?

only one account can be linked to each Nuvola. Conversely, I can link several Nuvola to one account.

What distance should I consider between the Nuvola and the Wi-Fi router?

Each modem/router has its own range. It is usually 25 to 30 m, but it also depends on the obstacles which are present (walls, height of walls, thickness of walls, trees, etc.).

What kind of Wi-Fi does Vision System use?

The Vision System uses normal Wi-Fi or WAP2 with SSID and password.

RECHARGING

Are all Vision devices rechargeable?

No, Nuvola Mini WiFi Vision plugs into the power outlet and therefore is not rechargeable. The rechargeable Vision devices are: - Amico Vision controller - Pure Vision controller - Pure Vision 2.0 controller - Zenit Vision controller (back up battery only) - Ionic Vision controller (back up battery only) - Acqua Vision Rain Sensor - Nuvola+ WiFi Vision - Nuvola+ Cell Vision

Can the Luce solar panel and the Vision Turbine be connected to a single Vision device at the same time?

No, two charging systems cannot be connected to the same device at the same time.

How many charge cycles can the lithium battery of Vision controllers, not connected to recharging devices, sustain?

The lithium batteries of Vision control units not connected to automatic recharging devices last about 400 days with standard programming (2 openings/closures per day). Regarding irrigation cycles, the battery level (without recharging) drops from 100% to 20% after 15,000 cycles of opening and closing solenoid valves.

Where is the female battery power-charging connector located in the Pure Vision 2.0 control unit?

Inside the battery compartment of the controller.

What flow rate and pressure can the Turbina Vision handle?

- Maximum flow rate: 50 l/min - Minimum working pressure: 1 bar - Maximum working pressure: 6 bar

Depending on the flow rate and thus the type of nozzle selected, it takes a couple of hours of irrigation to recharge the controller battery.

How long does it take Turbina Vision to recharge the battery?

Is there a proper direction for installing Turbina Vision?

Yes, the direction is indicated by the arrow at the bottom of Turbina.

How long does it take the Luce Vision solar panel to recharge the battery?

The Luce Vision solar panel takes a couple of hours to recharge the controller battery, if it's fully sunny during the charging period.

VISION PROGRAMMING

In the Advanced Frequency mode, I entered a frequency for every 2 days and then Thursday and Friday because I need to irrigate those two days. Will the controller save my programming?

No, the controller saves only one of the set frequency modes. Specifically, it stores the last changed frequency. In the list of frequencies, the one with the "check mark" will be stored.

What does Save and send mean?

Save: to save the settings in the Server. Send: to send these settings to the Server

How do I switch from standard mode to advanced mode?

Choose "advanced mode" from the settings menu in the upper-left corner.
